About the role
- Own the post-sales relationship for a designated book of business, navigating HR technology complexities
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure 95%+ retention rates
- Develop relationships with clients by understanding client industry and business issues
- Maintain a deep understanding of Equifax solutions and client base
- Educate clients on business value of solutions and application of best practices
- Act as the internal "voice of the customer" and collaborate to resolve complex service issues
Requirements
- 2-5 years of account management or related account retention experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, benefits, or related employer services solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable commanding a room of C-suite or VP-level HR stakeholders
