About the role
- Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert by maintaining deep functional knowledge of the business, workforce planning needs, and market dynamics to influence hiring decisions at all levels.
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment and executive recruiting beginning with a strategy session, building a slate of top talent, preparing interview guides, prepping interview teams, debriefing with the team post interview to select a final candidate, and managing the offer process through onboarding.
- Source and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes, effectively represent the company to candidates, conduct detailed phone screens, prepare comprehensive evaluations, and present qualified candidate slates to Hiring Managers.
- Mentor junior recruiters and hiring partners, contributing to the development of a high-performing, agile recruitment team while continuously evolving best practices.
- Explore and integrate new recruitment methods, staying current with industry trends, and sharing best practices across the team.
- Contribute to team development by assisting with the onboarding and training of new recruiters.
- Work as a team player in the Global Talent Acquisition Organization by participating in strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned, supporting organizational growth and evolving hiring needs.
- Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to build Google Slides for quarterly and annual reviews with leadership.
- Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to deliver monthly, quarterly, metrics for assigned areas.
- Manage small to mid-size projects related to overall Workforce Solutions TA goals.
- Evaluate, enhance, and deploy engagement initiatives pertaining to various recruitment and diversity initiatives within the organization to increase talent attraction.
- Partner with the TA Operations and Recruitment Marketing teams to develop local campaigns and address creative needs for local recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and assess the competitive landscape to help the recruiting team and hiring leaders make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years’ overall experience in full life cycle recruiting including 3+ years executive recruiting experience
- 1+ year of recent Workday experience and Workday reporting capabilities
- Expert in influencing and presenting to all levels of leadership
- Ability to negotiate and close complex offer packages effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with high sense of urgency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans
- Experience using market intelligence and internal data for data storytelling, experience with predictive analytics a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
