About the role
- Define and Drive Product Vision
- Scale and Transform
- Provide consultation and direction on the commercial model, pricing, and packaging decisions
- Spearhead the integration and commercialization of AI and automation workflows
- Collaborate on the technical strategy to modernize legacy systems to scalable IaaS/SaaS architectures
- Partner on complex API integration strategies with major HCM, ATS, and background screening systems
- Drive the performance of a team of product managers
- Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders across technology, D&A, sales, and legal
- Demonstrate a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs through market and competitive analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (10+ years of Product Management experience)
- 7-10 years of product management experience; Product Management certifications is a plus
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a team lead or leading other product management individuals via influence in a highly matrixed environment and across product portfolios containing multiple products
