About the role
- Lead the planning and execution of industry conferences, client activations, and sponsorships.
- Develop experiential strategies aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
- Oversee logistics including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Partner with marketing, design, and sales teams to deliver cohesive event experiences.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or related roles.
- Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus;
- Proven ability to lead experiential programs from strategy through execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering meaningful brand experiences.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for events.
