About the role
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex frontend features
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to create a seamless user experience
- Lead architectural initiatives to enhance code reusability and maintainability
- Monitor and optimize frontend performance using tools like New Relic and Kibana
- Champion best practices in CI/CD and automated testing
- Mentor and coach other engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Contribute to and evolve our component libraries and design systems
Requirements
- Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, especially Angular and TypeScript
- Strong background in building and maintaining scalable frontend systems
- Passion for UI/UX and accessibility
- Experience working with Figma and design systems is a plus
- Proficiency with modern tooling: Webpack, GitLab, CI/CD, SASS, and frontend security practices
- Experience with AI-assisted code tools is a strong advantage
- Experience monitoring frontend performance using observability tools
