About the role
- Lead and grow brand partnerships, handling relationships from first conversation to renewal
- Build on existing relationships and start new ones that benefit readers and partners
- Shape Standart's partnerships and negotiate key projects
- Secure long-term partners and refine media kit based on real outcomes
- Represent Standart at selected industry events and festivals
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, advertising, sales, account management, or business development—ideally in specialty coffee, publishing, or lifestyle
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort discussing money
- Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully, in writing and conversation, in English
- Organisational skills and reliability in managing your own time
- Motivation driven by results rather than aggressive sales targets
- Based in Europe (preferred), open to travel and calls across time zones
