Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships, advertising, sales, account management, or business development—ideally in specialty coffee, publishing, or lifestyle
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort discussing money
  • Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully, in writing and conversation, in English
  • Organisational skills and reliability in managing your own time
  • Motivation driven by results rather than aggressive sales targets
  • Based in Europe (preferred), open to travel and calls across time zones
