Executive Assistant

• Close collaboration with the owner and managing director for all companies in the group
• Scheduling and calendar coordination with business partners, clients, and internal teams
• Accompanying meetings and independently handling client relations
• Organizing and taking minutes for internal and external meetings
• Preparing presentations and materials for meetings
• Supporting project planning, implementation, and project controlling
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
• Coordinating agency and publishing projects as well as in-house events
• Travel management for the management team and staff, including trade fair organization
• Obtaining quotes, preparing offers, and overseeing production
• Managing partnership contracts and billing activities
• Organizing company events and supporting networking events in the real estate sector
• Assisting the managing director with day-to-day tasks
• Independently executing special projects
• Communication at executive/management level
