Manage projects and tasks, as assigned, including: Tool replacement and upgrades, Maintain accurate data set in tools, Deploying new networks, Integrating tools and authentication methods, Hardware upgrades and replacements, Creating and updating documentation
Perform network/systems support in a Managed Services Center environment
Troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose common problems network/systems problems, either alone or as part of a team
Resolve and manage problems effectively and immediately
Work in a team environment 7x24x365 with the ability to function independently and discretely during rotating shift work
Provide systems support functions for client end systems, including design, development, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem resolution. Follow-through until problems are resolved.
Focus on building your own high-level technical skills including building a strength in coding and automation techniques
Ability to work overnight shifts on a weekly rotating schedule
Ability to work remotely and still provide a professional communication experience

Requirements

College degree preferred; high school diploma required
1-2 years of networking experience
CCNA upon hire or within 6 months of employment
Experience/training on one or more of the following: Cisco LAN and WAN Devices, Fortinet Infrastructure systems, RHEL Linux
Practical knowledge of Enterprise Networking concepts
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Experience/training on one or more of the following: Cisco IOS-XE, IOS-NX, Fortinet infrastructure devices, Windows Server and RHEL Linux
CCNA Certification or NSE3 or working towards preferred
