• Lead full sell-side processes end-to-end: CIPs, financial models, buyer qualification, management presentations, LOI and purchase agreement negotiation
• Build and maintain coverage of LMM-active PE sponsors and strategic acquirers across your target verticals
• Partner with EPL leadership on firm strategy, process standards, and platform development
• Mentor team members as the practice scales
