Client-facing Consultant role in Advisory Practice supporting knowledge strategy, KM solution design, AI-readiness assessments, data governance and operating model reviews
Support and deliver advisory projects across UK, North America and beyond
Gather business needs, assess requirements, translate into structured recommendations and client-ready deliverables (BRDs, Functional Specs, Process Maps, Metadata Models, User Stories)
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, stakeholder interviews; support agile delivery and contribute to internal service development and BD
Stay informed on market trends and support proposal writing and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in business analysis, knowledge management, data governance, or related disciplines—in consulting, professional services, or internal project roles
Proven experience in business requirements gathering, needs assessment, and process analysis
Strong technical and business documentation skills
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, requirements elicitation techniques, and agile delivery frameworks
Understanding of enabling technologies for knowledge, data, and AI, such as KM platforms, collaboration tools, AI/ML applications, and workflow/process automation tools
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities
Curiosity, empathy, and a consultative mindset
Business acumen and appreciation of how knowledge and data drive value in professional services firms
Willingness to work flexibly across geographies and adapt to client needs
