About the role
- A Recruiter I who will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles in the company.
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source applicants through online channels and professional networks.
- Create competency and behaviorally based interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs and references.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Summarize feedback from candidate interviews via succinct, well-organized interview notes to share with interviewers.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and start date, while ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, ADP experience a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare services preferred, but not required
- Skilled communicator, both in writing and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
