About the role

  • As a Product Designer, you will:
  • - Design end-to-end user experiences, from early concepts to final UI and handoff.
  • - Use Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design system components.
  • - Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the product.
  • - Translate product requirements and user needs into clear flows, interfaces, and interaction patterns.
  • - Own design solutions within your product area, from problem definition to delivery, measuring success through usability, adoption, and product impact.
  • - Apply user-centered, accessible, and usability-driven design principles.
  • - Participate in user research activities such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
  • - Interpret research findings and product data to inform design decisions.
  • - Use AI-powered tools to support design work (e.g. ideation, UX exploration, content drafts, research synthesis, accessibility checks, or faster iteration).
  • - Document designs clearly, including interaction states, edge cases, and handoff details.
  • - Present and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role as a Product Designer, you should have:
  • - 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles.
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline supporting user-centered and digital product development.
  • - Strong hands-on experience with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and contributing to design systems.
  • - Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
  • - A strong eye for visual design, including layout, hierarchy, typography, and consistency.
  • - Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design.
  • - Comfort using research insights, feedback, and basic product metrics to inform design decisions.
  • - Familiarity with AI tools in the design process (e.g. ideation, UX writing, rapid prototyping, and exploration).
  • - Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
  • - Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional product teams.
  • - Attention to detail and a pragmatic balance between quality and delivery speed.
  • - **A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (mandatory).****

  • - Experience with SaaS or B2B products.
  • - Experience with LMS platforms or other management systems (HR, CMS, CRM, etc.).
  • - Experience designing or contributing to AI-powered product features.
  • - Experience working in fast-paced or product-led teams.
