Product Designer

• As a Product Designer, you will:
• - Design end-to-end user experiences, from early concepts to final UI and handoff.
• - Use Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design system components.
• - Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the product.
• - Translate product requirements and user needs into clear flows, interfaces, and interaction patterns.
• - Own design solutions within your product area, from problem definition to delivery, measuring success through usability, adoption, and product impact.
• - Apply user-centered, accessible, and usability-driven design principles.
• - Participate in user research activities such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• - Interpret research findings and product data to inform design decisions.
• - Use AI-powered tools to support design work (e.g. ideation, UX exploration, content drafts, research synthesis, accessibility checks, or faster iteration).
• - Document designs clearly, including interaction states, edge cases, and handoff details.
• - Present and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.

Onboarding Specialist

• Conduct customer end-to-end training & onboarding.
• Conduct ad-hoc customer consultation calls.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the support team during the onboarding and/or consultation period.
• Advise customers on best practices and responding to usability questions during the onboarding and/or consultation period.
• Assist webinar production and participates in live sessions.
• Assist in production of videos, knowledge base articles and resources.
• Be expert in TalentLMS and has good understanding of at least 1 other product.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collect and address customer feedback.

Customer Onboarding Specialist

Salesforce Consultant

• Manage the daily operations of the Salesforce platform (primarily Sales Cloud, potentially Data 360 and Revenue Cloud)
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and Flow automations
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits and maintenance
• Provide user support and training across departments
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement business requirements
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and implement best practices
