About the role

  • Own day-to-day management of assigned retail consulting services accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all services engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and priorities.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive consulting services renewals, extensions, and add-on engagements within existing customer accounts.
  • Lead services scoping, proposal development, and statement of work (SOW) creation in partnership with Sales and Consulting Delivery teams.
  • Contribute directly to consulting services revenue targets while maintaining an accurate services pipeline and forecast.
  • Manage client expectations, handle escalations professionally, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs, successful delivery, and ongoing value realization for retail customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success in client-facing, consulting services, or account management roles.
  • Experience with Epicor Eagle or Propello platforms is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, tracking, and supporting small-to-medium consulting engagements on time and within scope.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, navigate escalations, and build trusted partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset with comfort operating independently in an individual contributor role.
