About the role

  • Manage and support a portfolio of Hardlines and Electrical Distributor customers, addressing market share analytics and data inquiries.
  • Lead scheduled and ad-hoc meetings with customers, driving and communicating inquiries independently and with strategic team members.
  • Scope customer requirements and communicate clearly to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Operations, Reporting/Analytics, Data Scientists, and Database Developers to align support efforts.
  • Understand customer use cases for Market Share Analytics, including SKU-level performance, competitor analysis, and brand performance.
  • Prioritize urgent issues, bringing in appropriate team members promptly.
  • Oversee customer retention, manage contract renewals, and support sales with KNAs and product expansion opportunities.
  • Work with the Data Operations Manager on billing and contract-related activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • Experience working with retail-based customers and Big Data (Hardlines and/or Electrical Distribution preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Ability to manage large, multi-product segments and multi-site customers.
  • Confidence in multi-tasking and pivoting between inquiries.
  • Adaptability, self-motivation, strong time management, and willingness to embrace change.
  • Dynamic problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and process-driven mindset.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills; highly collaborative.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and proficiency with MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, predictive analytics).
  • Familiarity with billing and contract management software (preferred).
