About the role

  • Analyze sales, win/loss, and engagement data to help validate ideal customer profiles and buyer personas.
  • Identify patterns by industry segment, buyer role, and company size to inform GTM targeting.
  • Interview internal subject-matter experts (Sales, SEs, Consultants).
  • Document anonymized customer use cases and organize them into a reusable repository.
  • Draft first-pass blogs, solution briefs, FAQs, and social copy.
  • Repurpose webinar and presentation content into scalable marketing assets.
  • Create plain-language AI explainers, glossaries, and persona-based use-case summaries.
  • Help build internal libraries that improve AI fluency across teams.
  • Support battle cards, cheat sheets, talk tracks, and messaging consistency audits.
  • Contribute to prompt libraries, AI-enabled workflows, and pilot content initiatives.
  • Document learnings and best practices for responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Interested in B2B technology, AI, SaaS, supply chain, or distribution industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, research, and structured analysis.
  • Basic hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for research, writing, analysis, or productivity is a plus.
