Provide architectural leadership for complex, cloud-oriented, and hybrid implementations across Epicor’s portfolio.
Define and govern technical service patterns related to integrations, data, extensibility, and platform customization.
Ensure Consulting Services solutions are designed to be scalable, supportable, and aligned with Epicor’s long-term product strategy.
Act as the primary Consulting Services authority for technical feasibility and delivery readiness during pre-sales activities.
Establish technical guardrails and standards for Statements of Work to reduce scope ambiguity, delivery risk, and margin exposure.
Assess and incubate new technical service offerings (e.g., AI-enabled services, platform accelerators, advanced integrations).
Identify systemic technical risks across active implementations and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Consulting leadership to align on technical direction without duplicating ownership.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in professional services, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, integrations, data architecture, and extensibility.
Proven ability to bridge Sales, Product, and Delivery organizations.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience operating in cloud-first, SaaS, and hybrid customer environments.
