Act as the primary liaison for Professional Services, conducting regular meetings to maintain client relationships and scope service offerings.
Lead successful ERP implementation projects as the primary sponsor, collaborating across Epicor teams and functions to ensure positive outcomes.
Support Project Managers in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Participate in and lead Project Kickoff, Planning, Milestone, and Steering Team meetings both remotely and on-site.
Address escalated client concerns from inception to resolution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Compile and review project health metrics, overseeing strategic decisions related to project margin and resource allocation.
Assist Sales with client references, pre-sales presentations, and service planning while identifying and managing project risks.

Requirements

8+ years of extensive enterprise-level project management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge, including 3+ years of Distribution industry experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in ERP software implementation required.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and occasionally work at client sites.
