About the role
- Responsible for gaining access, developing relationships and building pipeline within Epicor's strategic customer base
- Coordinates cross-functional involvement in order to meet account performance objectives and customer needs
- Meets assigned targets of revenue and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a cross-functional strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
- Travels to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success in the software industry
- Experience with account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
