About the role

  • Responsible for gaining access, developing relationships and building pipeline within Epicor's strategic customer base
  • Coordinates cross-functional involvement in order to meet account performance objectives and customer needs
  • Meets assigned targets of revenue and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively leads a cross-functional strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
  • Travels to customer locations in support of sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in the software industry
  • Experience with account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
