About the role

  • Own and manage a set of assigned job requisitions; sourcing candidates through handoff to a Recruiter.
  • Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop, monitor and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for future/potential positions; keep updated and detailed record of contact information, skill sets, notes, and job search preferences in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Call candidate references and prepare reference forms.
  • Schedule and conduct introductions with newly submitted candidates.
  • Qualify candidates for open positions and submit to client facilities per submission guidelines.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates via phone and email from the initial application to Recruiter hand-off.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide support across teams, assisting designated recruiters or groups as needed.
  • Assist with the completion of special/ad hoc projects, as assigned.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.
  • A college degree can substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
  • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
  • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
  • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.
  • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
