Client Partner

• The Client Manager works with and supports Producers, Client Advocates, and account team to manage client service delivery throughout the insurance renewal and policy period on an assigned book of business.
• The role is client facing and team focused, using professional skills in commercial property and casualty insurance to enhance and expand large and complex client relationships.
• Ensure timely and consistent review of expiration list.
• Processes (during non-renewal periods) applications, policies, endorsements, binders/notice of elections, certificates, auto ID cards, audit requests/review, and other items related to the servicing of clients.
• Research and compile answers to client’s policy, coverage, exclusions and related questions, incorporating support from other team members as needed.
• Assists broader service team and broking team in servicing clients.
• Provides support to Producers/Client Advocate and, if applicable, Client Executives, including preparing presentations and proposals, and participating in meetings with prospective clients as part of team.
• Prepares all invoicing and client allocations directly with EPIC Accounting. Resolve client billing issues with support from team members as appropriate.
• Provides standard office/administrative support as needed.
• Maintains Agency Management Systems and Share Drive files in real time.
• Establish and maintain open items lists with internal and external clients to ensure all deliverables are proactively managed.
• Prepare and maintain, schedules of insurance, summaries of insurance, and coverage illustrations.
• Consistently establishes and maintains high levels of trust and confidence with clients by promptly responding and resolving client questions and issues.
• Meet all quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management Systems while properly documenting all activity.
• Oversee AR report for all assigned accounts, engaging Producer/ Client Advocate, Client Executive as needed.
• Access/manage third party certificate sites and carrier websites.
• Renewal process duties including internal strategy meetings, supporting submissions, coordinating proposals, managing policy checking, certificates, binding and post-binding processes, obtaining premium financing options, invoicing renewals and allocations.

Consultant

• Serve as the primary/lead consultant on strategic clients and lead multi-level client relationships to implement pharmacy strategy.
• Identify business needs and create custom solutions for sophisticated clients including overall pharmacy benefit strategy to create cost effective solutions.
• Lead vendor strategies including procurement, contract negotiation and ongoing vendor management, while providing industry expertise and insight related to trends and opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, renewal strategy, scope of services and appropriate fee structure to match client needs.
• Manage client and PSG resources; lead and participate in ongoing client meetings including vendor review, independent strategy and performance assessment meetings, and on-going operational and strategic meetings.
• Use analytical skills/tools to identify opportunities to support trend management, cost savings, identify wasteful spending and potential FWA.
• Navigate internal PSG experts on custom projects.
• Support clients that wish to create and use customized clinical programs (PA, Formulary, Utilization Management, etc).
• Review PBM and other vendor provided pharmacy program indicators and reports for ongoing opportunities and program performance; maintain ongoing reports and documentation.
• Responsible for renewal of client relationship and creating strategy, scope of services and appropriate fee structure to match client needs.
• RFP Process Management: Lead the development and management of the RFP process for clients including RFP creation, vendor selection meetings and contract execution (in conjunction with internal RFP processes) and participate in non-client specific annual RFI process via scoring and client meeting.
• Contract Review and Execution: Lead the review process for new and renewing vendor contracts through final execution to ensure current terms, definitions and compliance with RFP, and lead creation and renewal of PSG client agreements to create appropriate scope of services and fee terms.

Location: We are opening offices in Portland and Seattle within the next few months. This role will be remote until our offices open, then hybrid 2x a week in office. Document meeting and subsequent next-steps with internal team.\n• Support Producer/CA/CE/Senior CM/Broking Team with external strategy meeting presentation and materials.\n• Prepare and review current program and expiring exposures for information gathering process with client.\n• Request updated exposures from client and coordinate client responses with multiple client contacts as required.\n• Request loss runs and compile loss summaries for renewals and on ad-hoc basis as required.\n• Support submission process as required by assigned accounts.\n• Coordinate proposal process in conjunction with Producer/CA/CE/Senior CM/Broking as required by assigned accounts.\n• Manage policy checking process, including carrier corrections as needed, and policy delivery to clients within established timeframe.\n• Manage the certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and posting notices renewal process with clients to ensure timely and accurate issuance/distribution.\n• Coordinate binding and post-binding processes, including order to bind, confirmation of coverage, evidence of coverage, etc.\n• Obtain premium financing options, invoice the renewal and premium allocations.\n• Other duties may be assigned.
