About the role
- Identify and target high-value clients within the insurance industry, tailoring your approach to their specific needs.
- Skillfully assess and qualify leads generated through diverse channels.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of ePayPolicy's offerings to effectively convey their value to prospects.
- Deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and product demonstrations to win over clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, offering exceptional customer service and support.
- Take the lead in managing and optimizing the CRM system for precise lead tracking and prioritization.
- Collaborate with clients to navigate their buying process, address objections, and execute successful deals.
- Lead by example, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to contribute to the team's overall success.
Requirements
- Proven inside sales expertise with a track record of consistently surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performance team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Google Suite preferred.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or fintech sector is a distinct advantage.
- Desire to exceed goals and achieve results; satisfaction derived from meeting deadlines and finishing projects.
- Strong organization skills and a relentless attention to detail.
- Rolls up their sleeves, responds quickly and decisively, is flexible and open to change, and is able to productively work with the team to achieve company objectives.
