About the role
- As the central point in our Partner Management team, you act as the interface between our exclusive digital platforms (including client platforms such as Payback and Miles&More) and our partners from the voucher and performance marketing sectors.
- Your primary responsibility is to optimally monetize digital advertising spaces and to secure maximum rebates and contributions (advertising cost contributions, WKZ, and fees).
Requirements
- Digital ad-space monetization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize utilization of the digital ad inventory on our platforms as well as on those of our well-known clients (e.g., Payback, Miles&More).
- Partner management & purchasing terms: Manage relationships with our voucher partners and negotiate purchasing conditions. Your objective is to secure, beyond pure purchase volume, additional advertising cost contributions (WKZ), marketing/placement fees and bonuses.
- Performance campaign design: Create tailored, data-driven advertising concepts (newsletter integrations, banner placements, native advertising) for our partners.
- Key account management: Support and expand existing partner relationships to identify cross- and up-selling opportunities and strengthen partner retention.
- Success analysis & reporting: Continuously analyze the performance of live campaigns (KPI tracking such as click-through rates, ROAS) and derive optimization measures to improve the profitability of the ad spaces.
- Digital market monitoring: Continuously analyze the digital performance marketing market to identify new monetization formats and opportunities for our platforms.
- Language skills: You have German at a minimum C1 level and can communicate in English without difficulty.
