• Proactively identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through targeted outbound outreach — building target lists and contacting passive candidates, not just reviewing inbound applicants.
• Source creatively across multiple channels (LinkedIn, social communities, referrals, and beyond), especially where the best people don't post or apply.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across our recurring hiring needs, with a primary focus on scaling our Client Success team from ~12 to 25 this year.
• Run a high volume of screening interviews to assess role fit, professionalism, and alignment with our standards. 30+ Interviews per week.
• Write clear, concise candidate write-ups and recommendations that let hiring managers make decisions quickly.
• Move qualified candidates through the process effectively to meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
• Own all candidate communication from first contact through offer or handoff, with consistent, fast follow-up (multi-touch, multi-channel).
• Represent a premium brand professionally at every touchpoint — you're the first human a candidate meets.
• Take hiring briefs, ask sharp clarifying questions, and push back intelligently to shape a fillable, accurate search.
• Partner closely with department heads to understand priorities and hit hiring targets.
• Coordinate offers, contracts, account and tool setup, and a smooth onboarding.
• Keep hiring pipelines organized and accurately tracked.
• Work with Key Executives at Impact Clients to prepare hiring documents such as: hiring plans/briefs, job descriptions, Candidate Outreach Assets, Interview Guides, Candidate FAQ sheets etc.
• Conduct Onboarding calls to ensure a smooth handoff between new team members and their respective departments.
• Design and continuously improve our outbound recruiting process — sourcing logic, messaging cadences and templates, screening rubrics, and the platform/tooling stack — optimizing for speed, quality, and volume.

• Aggressively move candidates through the pipeline and schedule HC2 interviews quickly to meet hiring deadlines.
• Manage all candidate communications from first contact through disqualification or department handoff.
• Ensure responses are timely, professional, and respectful to protect and enhance company reputation.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups, accurate tracking, and strong follow-through at every stage.

Internal HR Specialist – Part-Time

• Completing daily operational checklists across a variety of business functions
• Handling data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Reviewing data and records to catch errors before they become problems
• Working extensively in Google Sheets, building, maintaining, and managing spreadsheets
• Supporting the wider operations team on ad hoc tasks as the business grows

Operations Manager

Video Editor

• Create AI-driven paid ads from concept to final cut — including AI avatars, AI voiceovers, AI b-roll, and motion graphics
• Produce ads in the style we already run for Impact Clients (you'll be expected to study and match our existing ad library)
• Innovate in editing styles by looking at what competitors do
• Be strong at editing attention grabbing hooks that keeps viewers watching until the CTA
• Work in volume and quality, being able to edit ads that will be launched at scale and will perform
• Collaborate with our copywriters to turn high quality copy into high quality ads
• Stay on top of the latest AI tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, etc.) and bring new creative formats to the team
• Use insights from copywriters and winning ads to improve the next round of creatives
• As a bonus: brainstorm and collaborate on ad angles, scripts, and concepts that maximize ROAS

AI Ads Short-Form Video Editor

Creative Strategist

• Create ad concepts, hooks, and angles aligned with each offer
• Write complete ad copy for Meta ads, YouTube ads, Instagram reels, any paid traffic channel we deploy
• Work with our editors and graphics designers to transform your copy into ads that convert
• Maintain message-market consistency from ad → VSL → page → checkout
• Work with the founder to create new low-ticket offers from scratch (concept → name → mechanism → deliverables)
• Work with the founder to write full, word-for-word VSL scripts designed for AI avatar VSLs, Actor-read VSLs, Voiceover + b-roll / stock footage
• Own the conversion narrative across the entire funnel
