• Run daily 1:1 coaching calls on Zoom to hold clients accountable, celebrate wins, and push through plateaus
• Host weekly group coaching sessions, answering questions and driving momentum
• Handle renewal and upgrade conversations — you'll be trained on our sales framework and expected to convert
• Manage difficult conversations including retention, refund requests, and churn reduction — with professionalism and composure
• Message clients daily across platforms to keep them on track and engaged
• Create training videos and worksheets to continuously improve our client experience
• Report daily across Slack, CRMs, and spreadsheets with high attention to detail

• Help manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Support the creation and upkeep of dashboards and reports in Google Sheets to track sales and performance
• Assist with setting up and monitoring simple automations using tools like Zapier or Make
• Keep company data organized and accurate across systems
• Help troubleshoot workflow issues and support improvements to existing processes
• Work with the team to improve efficiency and streamline internal operations

• Architect, build, and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Design dashboards and reporting in Google Sheets to track revenue, forecast, and improve visibility

• Rebuild clarity, confidence, and alignment with the program when appropriate
• Negotiate and secure the strongest mutually beneficial outcome, with a focus on retention and value preservation
• Finalize agreed resolutions live on the call, including documentation and next steps
• Review client history, expectations, and submitted concerns prior to each call
• Assess the full client journey across marketing, sales, onboarding, and coaching
• Identify potential expectation gaps, communication breakdowns, or process issues
• Confirm attendance through proactive outreach
• Conduct end-to-end case audits to determine where friction occurred
• Evaluate alignment across:
• - Sales expectations and positioning
• - Coaching delivery and documentation
• - Communication standards and response times
• Submit structured reports outlining:
• - Root cause analysis
• - Recommended client resolution pathways
• - Process improvement opportunities
• Identify patterns and trends impacting client satisfaction
• Provide actionable feedback to leadership across marketing, sales, and fulfillment
• Ensure accurate documentation of outcomes, contracts, and CRM updates
