About the role
- Providing legal advice to the German entities on operational and strategic matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Providing legal support for projects, particularly in the areas of digitalization and IT
- Collaborating with the data protection team and the international group legal department
- Assisting with interactions with regulatory and administrative authorities
- Further developing internal standard contracts, policies and processes
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with relevant professional experience — ideally from industry/in-house or from law firms specializing in business law
- Excellent knowledge of contract law
- Experience with purchase of receivables (secured/unsecured)
- Strong technical understanding and high IT affinity
- Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken
