About the role
- You work flexibly and self-organized within your assigned area — with a company car and fuel card.
- You visit debtors in person on site and, with empathy and tact, find individual solutions.
- In cases of inability to pay, you also arrange vehicle recovery/repossession.
- You uphold EOS's quality standards and protect the reputation of our clients.
- When required, you cover for colleagues in neighboring areas and help maintain team cohesion.
- You are open to new tools and digital solutions to make your daily work more efficient.
Requirements
- Professional experience in customer-facing roles or in commercial field service.
- Comfortable with face-to-face conversations and possess empathy.
- Native-level German language skills and a valid Class B driving licence.
- Residence within the service area and strong self-organization: for short travel distances and flexible assignments.
- You always strike the right tone—able to respond appropriately to difficult personal situations while also showing the necessary firmness when required.
- Proficient with digital tools and a strong willingness to learn, enabling you to adopt new solutions quickly.
