About the role
- Develop holistic strategies for the long-term retention and development of leaders and employees
- Support transformation projects and design tailored measures
- Lead standalone projects in the area of People Development
- Work closely with business units to identify needs
- Prepare strategic analyses, evaluations and reporting
- Act as the primary contact for managers and HR Business Partners in the planning and implementation of team and people development initiatives
Requirements
- Completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 3 years' experience in People Development
- Solid methodological toolkit and experience conducting workshops and coaching
- Precise planning and organizational skills for complex projects
- Experienced in facilitating workshops in English
