Sales

• Achieves sales objectives (orders, revenue.) as set by the Senior VP Sales International.
• Develops and maintains excellent relationships with the various EOS partners in Europe.
• Gives feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
• Develops the strategic activities and sales promotions in cooperation with our distributors (including attending marketing trade shows).
• Must be aware of competitor activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities.
• Is responsible for sales development of current prospects as well as hunting for new opportunities through distributors.
• Must perform assigned administrative tasks including sales reporting, maintaining CRM, information, etc.
• Travels approximately 40% of his/her time.

Support Engineer

• Provide advanced technical support (Level 2/Level 3) for EOS products.
• Analyze, investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to manufacturing, installation and maintenance of devices.
• Perform root cause analyses in collaboration with R&D teams and contribute to defining and tracking corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in knowledge transfer to Production, Service and Applications teams.
• Contribute to capturing and capitalizing on field feedback and lessons learned.
• Write and update high-value technical documentation (investigation reports, technical notes, procedures).
• Lead or contribute to technical training on EOS devices for internal teams.
• Propose enhancements and improvements for future product generations with a use-, maintenance- and reliability-oriented perspective.
• Participate in the definition or development of tools to facilitate production and maintenance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement loop for products and processes.

Technical Support Engineer, R&D

Engineer

• Delivering on-site training, workflow optimization, and clinical support to healthcare professionals across France & EMEA region.
• Supporting the expansion of the installed base by assisting the sales team with clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and customer engagement.
• Gathering and structuring clinical feedback from users (radiologists, orthopedists, technologists) to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with Marketing Product Managers by translating field insights into usable input for future product iterations and innovations.
• Representing EOS at national congresses, conducting live demonstrations, and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Organizing and delivering training programs for internal teams, distributors, and partners to ensure consistent clinical excellence.
• Traveling frequently within France and across the EMEA region.
