About the role

  • Achieves sales objectives (orders, revenue.) as set by the Senior VP Sales International.
  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships with the various EOS partners in Europe.
  • Gives feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
  • Develops the strategic activities and sales promotions in cooperation with our distributors (including attending marketing trade shows).
  • Must be aware of competitor activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Is responsible for sales development of current prospects as well as hunting for new opportunities through distributors.
  • Must perform assigned administrative tasks including sales reporting, maintaining CRM, information, etc.
  • Travels approximately 40% of his/her time.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience). Preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
  • 10 years minimum of proven experience in capital equipment sales with a strong knowledge in radiology and/or orthopedic.
  • International experience in Europe and Middle East countries
  • Strong closing skills at C level.
  • Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team (be a self-starter)
  • Working knowledge of healthcare market segments within an assigned sales territory.
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
  • Language skills: English, French and Arabic would be a plus.
  • Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
  • Industry and product knowledge.
  • Reimbursement schemes knowledge in the assigned countries
