About the role

  • Analyze market and customer data
  • Review and respond to detailed RFP's
  • Develop customer-facing proposals and sales materials
  • Conduct account and prospect research to support strategic sales pursuits
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities
  • Review complex RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents
  • Ensure all proposals align with corporate branding and messaging standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity data in Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Support the development and improvement of proposal processes, templates, and knowledge libraries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, proposal management, or a related analytical role
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and data platforms to conduct research, analysis, and content development
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to executive-level and procurement audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, ESG reporting, and corporate environmental goals
