About the role
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners
- Ensure sales quotas are met and channel strategies are executed effectively
- Monitor distributor performance against sales quotas and KPIs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners
- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for channel campaigns and promotions
- Identify new channel opportunities and expand market coverage
- Train and support distributors to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams
