About the role
- Drive the development and execution of clinical and professional education programs across North America
- Create impactful training experiences for orthodontists and clinical teams
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with orthodontic key opinion leaders and customers
- Develop course scheduling strategies and supervise ongoing calendar of events
- Establish and manage KPIs for training and education events
- Manage a team of Education Managers and Coordinators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience managing and overseeing doctors' speaking/training and events or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in related field or satisfactory combination of experience and training
- 5-8 years’ experience in a dental clinical customer facing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel 50%
