About the role

  • Partner with senior leaders to execute human resource and talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Europe through HR initiatives.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits programs.
  • Create learning and development programs for employee internal development opportunities.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Provide strategic advice, support, and counsel to internal business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business Management, or related field.
  • 5-8 years’ experience working in Human Resources field in roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Proven, strong employee collaboration and partnership experience required.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting, data capturing, compensation, benefits, and training.
  • Analytical skills using Excel.
  • Strong effective communication skills oral/written.
  • Fluent in English.
