About the role
- Partner with senior leaders to execute human resource and talent strategy.
- Collaborate with leaders across Europe through HR initiatives.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits programs.
- Create learning and development programs for employee internal development opportunities.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Provide strategic advice, support, and counsel to internal business partners.
- Train and present to groups of employees on various HR topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business Management, or related field.
- 5-8 years’ experience working in Human Resources field in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Proven, strong employee collaboration and partnership experience required.
- Working knowledge of recruiting, data capturing, compensation, benefits, and training.
- Analytical skills using Excel.
- Strong effective communication skills oral/written.
- Fluent in English.
