About the role

  • Contribute to the development of Ormco’s activities in Northwest France (Arras / Rouen — departments 62, 80 and 76).
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand sales with our customers while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Grow your territory by finding creative solutions to penetrate the market and generate additional leads (tenders, direct contacts, prospecting calls, leads, field prospecting, etc.).
  • Regularly visit assigned customers to promote products and collect their feedback on the company’s products and services.
  • Build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth within your territory.
  • Analyze and report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions to the Regional Sales Director.
  • Prepare periodic reports, including: weekly visit and call reports, monthly expense reports, and periodic general reports.

Requirements

  • Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) or higher in business/sales.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales.
  • Previous experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Strategic vision for business development and ability to provide product training to customers.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and to work autonomously.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Native French speaker with strong command of English.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Excel and CRM).
