- Collaborate with HR community, regional leaders, and Total Rewards team to define, deliver, and communicate compensation programs including base pay, incentive compensation and recognition programs.
- Support the development of competitive global compensation strategies.
- Conduct detailed, thorough, broad, and narrow analyses as required in support of effective compensation decision making.
Requirements
- B.S./B.A. degree
- 7+ years experience as a Compensation Subject Matter Expert
- Fluent in English
- Experience working within a fast-paced global enterprise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
