Account Manager

• Strategically guide TikTok as a revenue channel, developing and executing custom strategies that drive GMV, maximize ROI, and unlock new platform potential across paid ads, creators/affiliates, and shop operations.
• Architect and optimize TikTok campaigns (GMV Max, Shop Ads, in-feed, Spark Ads) including audience strategy, budgets, bidding, and creative testing to grow profitable results.
• Execute TikTok Shop–specific content and conversion strategies that strengthen brand positioning, improve product detail page quality, and increase conversion during feeds and livestreams.
• Champion client success through hands-on relationship management: lead QBRs, set clear KPIs, and deliver transparent communication and actionable, data-powered recommendations.
• Own channel performance analytics: monitor GMV, ROAS, CAC, click-through and view-through metrics, and translate complex data into clear narratives and decisive recommendations.
• Partner with creators and affiliates by supporting recruitment, briefing, and performance tracking, ensuring commission structures and content output protect margin and drive sustainable growth.
• Be a problem-solver and innovator, actively troubleshooting account health, policy/compliance issues, and staying ahead of TikTok’s evolving features, placements, and algo shifts.
• Collaborate across disciplines (creative, marketplace, influencer, and operations teams), fueling knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement with colleagues as passionate as you are.
