About the role

  • Responsible for shaping and evolving talent practices, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership readiness, and assessments.
  • Ensure talent processes are clear, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to translate organizational priorities into practical talent practices.
  • Ensure clarity of expectations, meaningful feedback, and consistent application across the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and lead talent-related organizational design efforts.
  • Establish and maintain leadership readiness indicators that support informed talent decisions.
  • Lead the design of succession planning practices for key roles.
  • Provide end-to-end oversight of leadership assessment programs.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Experience designing enterprise talent practices that influence leadership behavior and decision-making.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable processes and tools.
  • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders in a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Strong judgment, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, provider services, or similarly complex environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent platforms, reporting tools, and standard business applications.
