About the role
- Responsible for shaping and evolving talent practices, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership readiness, and assessments.
- Ensure talent processes are clear, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to translate organizational priorities into practical talent practices.
- Ensure clarity of expectations, meaningful feedback, and consistent application across the organization.
- Provide thought leadership and lead talent-related organizational design efforts.
- Establish and maintain leadership readiness indicators that support informed talent decisions.
- Lead the design of succession planning practices for key roles.
- Provide end-to-end oversight of leadership assessment programs.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Experience designing enterprise talent practices that influence leadership behavior and decision-making.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable processes and tools.
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members.
- Strong judgment, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, provider services, or similarly complex environments preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS and talent platforms, reporting tools, and standard business applications.
