About the role

  • Provides executive leadership and operational oversight for Anesthesia clinical operations.
  • Accountable for regional oversight of profit, loss and delivery of services.
  • Ensures financial performance, clinical quality, and strategic alignment across assigned contracts.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with hospital partners, clinical leaders, and frontline clinicians.
  • Partners with Envision teams and hospital clients to drive improvements in healthcare quality and operational efficiency.
  • Requires close collaboration with Operations, Clinical Services, Regional and Site Medical Directors, and hospital administrative teams.

Requirements

  • Physician, MD/DO Medical License
  • At least 10 years’ experience in physician practice management or healthcare management with extensive physician interface at a multi-site level.
  • Master’s Degree in health-related field strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite
