About the role
- Identify, qualify, interview, and contract with Physician and APP candidates for client hospitals
- Work closely with Operations Managers and physician, Advanced Practice Professional, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Coordinate applicant submissions and initiate the locum privileging process
- Develop and execute effective recruiting plans and manage recruitment needs for all assigned hospital facilities and specialties
Requirements
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Meet established production and quality goals/metrics
- Follow up in a timely manner on open items
- Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University; 2+ years of experience recruiting physicians and specialty nurses or 5+ years general recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Recruitment Software
