About the role

  • Identify, qualify, interview, and contract with Physician and APP candidates for client hospitals
  • Work closely with Operations Managers and physician, Advanced Practice Professional, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
  • Coordinate applicant submissions and initiate the locum privileging process
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting plans and manage recruitment needs for all assigned hospital facilities and specialties

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Meet established production and quality goals/metrics
  • Follow up in a timely manner on open items
  • Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University; 2+ years of experience recruiting physicians and specialty nurses or 5+ years general recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Recruitment Software
