About the role

  • Conduct needs assessments and define learning requirements that reflect leadership expectations, operational realities, and enterprise talent priorities.
  • Design and build leadership development programs using modern learning design approaches and iterative improvement cycles.
  • Partner with clinical and indirect patient care leaders to validate content relevance, ensure alignment, and support an integrated leadership development strategy.
  • Represent Talent Enablement in leadership meetings by presenting insights, recommendations, progress updates, and program outcomes.
  • Ensure all programs align with Envision’s leadership expectations, talent philosophy, and long-term capability-building roadmap.
  • Manage external vendors and facilitators, including scoping, contracting, onboarding, quality oversight, and performance management.
  • Oversee program operations, including cohort management, participant communications, scheduling, materials, and facilitator support.
  • Facilitate select sessions or partner with internal/external facilitators to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
  • Build dashboards, assessments, and evaluation processes to measure participation, learning effectiveness, and program impact.
  • Create scalable tools, templates, processes, and documentation that support consistent and sustainable program delivery as the initiative grows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in designing, implementing and managing leadership or talent development programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong presence, communication, and facilitation skills- comfortable engaging senior leaders, including clinicians and executives
  • Proficiency with modern instructional design and learning experience methodologies, including Agile learning, design thinking, or other iterative development approaches.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical and scalable development experiences
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, operations, and business leaders to influence direction and decision-making
  • Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, structure work, and manage multiple timelines
  • Demonstrated capability in developing tools, templates, and resources that improve consistency and adoption
  • Data literacy with the ability to interpret insights, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements
  • Ability to manage external vendors, facilitators, and content providers with a focus on quality, outcomes, and value.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., leadership development, organizational development, coaching) preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of experience designing or managing learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, or related programs.
  • Experience working in healthcare, clinical settings, or operational environments preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders, clinicians, or equivalent stakeholders preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint and document development skills, including creation of executive-ready material
  • Learning management systems and learning experience platforms, including course setup, tracking, and content administration.
  • Virtual collaboration and learning tools such as Zoom, Teams, online whiteboards, and polling platforms.
  • Project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Standard productivity tools including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting tools used to evaluate learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
