About the role

  • - Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms
  • - Learn and apply Boolean search techniques
  • - Build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • - Conduct initial HR screenings
  • - Assess communication skills and basic technical alignment
  • - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • - Manage candidate data using ATS tools (Workable)
  • - Ensure timely follow-ups and positive candidate experience
  • - Support offer coordination and documentation
  • - Monitor talent availability and salary benchmarks
  • - Stay informed about tech roles and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • - 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred)
  • - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • - Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • - Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination.
  • - Highly tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, etc.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
  • - Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • - Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • - Interest in technology and technical roles
