About the role
- - Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms
- - Learn and apply Boolean search techniques
- - Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- - Conduct initial HR screenings
- - Assess communication skills and basic technical alignment
- - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- - Manage candidate data using ATS tools (Workable)
- - Ensure timely follow-ups and positive candidate experience
- - Support offer coordination and documentation
- - Monitor talent availability and salary benchmarks
- - Stay informed about tech roles and emerging technologies
Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
- - 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred)
- - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- - Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- - Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination.
- - Highly tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, etc.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
- - Highly organized and detail-oriented
- - Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- - Interest in technology and technical roles
