About the role

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Manage multiple requisitions across levels (IC, lead, manager) and functions (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, QA).
  • Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, and referrals.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and high-demand technical skills.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Drive offer negotiation and closing strategies with candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with strong focus on technical hiring.
  • Proven track record hiring for engineering roles (startup or high-growth environment preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills with measurable success in passive candidate hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring market trends.
  • Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools.
