About the role

  • Develop and execute a design strategy that solves customer needs and achieves business goals.
  • Own all aspects of product design across web and mobile.
  • Employ research, storytelling, design systems, and design thinking to solve customer needs.
  • Prototype and iterate quickly based on experience and Lean Discovery evidence.
  • Partner with product and engineering to ensure high-quality and consistent implementation and UX.
  • Provide input and opinions on brand & marketing design.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product design roles.
  • 5+ years experience building and managing product design teams for SaaS platforms.
  • 2+ years experience Customer Support platforms
  • Experience in API-based SaaS system architectures
  • Knowledgeable & experienced in Lean & Agile dual-track sprint teams
  • Excellent communicator and translator of product discovery, IxD, UX, and HCD principles.
  • Eligible to work in the US.
