About the role

  • Own and continuously improve the company's finance and performance reporting through automation, robust data models, and high-quality analytics.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, integrating data from core systems like Sage Intacct, HubSpot, Asana, and Snowflake.
  • Own the design, build, and evolution of Power BI dashboards aligned to the company's KPI and metric tree.
  • Take ownership of large, complex Excel-based long-term financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Support monthly performance reviews with insight, not just numbers.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building Power BI dashboards in a business or finance context
  • Advanced Excel capability, including:
  • - Large, complex financial models
  • - Scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • - Tracing and validating logic
  • Solid understanding of core financial concepts:
  • - P&L, cash flow, margins
  • - Timing and revenue recognition
  • - Commercial drivers
  • Experience working with data from finance and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working in a PE-backed, fast-growing, and evolving environment.
  • Being ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified is desirable
