• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on people strategy, organisational design, and long-term workforce planning.

• Use HR analytics, dashboards, and people metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, capability gaps, absence, ER trends) to inform priorities and decision-making.
• Identify people-related risks, opportunities, and patterns, presenting actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with People Coordinator to improve data integrity, reporting cadence, and insight-driven interventions.
• Coach and mentor team leaders and managers to strengthen people management capability, confidence, and judgement.
• Support leadership development through one-to-one coaching, facilitated workshops, and ongoing performance dialogue.
• Guide managers on career conversations, team development plans, and how to create inclusive, empowering environments where colleagues can thrive.

Senior People Partner

• - Identify and onboard new land opportunities to establish Habitat Banks, liaising with landowners and agents.
• - Prioritise the creation of Habitat Banks based on Local Authority BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) credit demand and known purchaser demand, with input from the sales team.
• - Conduct thorough due diligence to assess site suitability for Habitat Bank creation, coordinating with internal teams including ecology, project delivery, legal, and finance.
• - Take sites through an internal offer approval process, justifying and championing why it should proceed. Gather and analyse data to support targeted Habitat Bank creation, including reviewing local plan policies, agri-environment scheme information, and market sector reports.
• - Work as part of a collaborative project team to create the Habitat and deliver capital works and then support the ongoing management of the site, liaising with landowners regularly.

Land Manager

• Report directly to the Head of Land (South) and collaborate closely with colleagues in the regional Land and Ecology Teams.
• Play a role in supporting the regional Land Managers within the wider Land Team.
• Identify and onboard new land opportunities to establish Habitat Banks, liaising with landowners and agents.
• Prioritise the creation of Habitat Banks based on Local Authority BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) demand and known purchaser demand, with input from the sales and finance teams.
• Maintain a high profile with external property contacts including agents, landowners etc, in pursuit of opportunities for the company.
• Actively seek sites in targeted areas by completing thorough land studies to identify sites that meet the needs of the company.
• Oversee and conduct thorough due diligence to assess site suitability for Habitat Bank creation, coordinating with internal teams including ecology, habitat delivery, legal, and finance.
• Manage and execute the planning and consenting processes required for habitat creation.
• Prepare and negotiate offers with Landowners based on internal assessments and findings from site visits.
• Facilitate a smooth landowner process, ensuring effective communication of contractual terms and maintaining close collaboration with the Head of Land for the relevant region and colleagues in the Land and Ecology Teams. Communication will variously be onsite, remote across Teams/ telephone and via letter/email, as appropriate.
• Participate in regional and national marketing events to promote Environment Bank and the concept of Habitat Bank creation to farmers and landowners.

• As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the business's growth by supporting the delivery of impactful marketing events alongside other marketing activities.
• As leaders in our field, we deliver a dynamic events program for farmers, landowners, ecologists, and developers across England – building strong brand awareness and lead generation. Working alongside our in-house marketing department and sales, land and ecology teams, you'll help ensure seamless management throughout the event cycle, from planning and promotion to on-the-day execution and post-event analysis. You will also be required to support general marketing activities across multiple channels, including print and digital, as well as social media, offering an incredible opportunity to hone your marketing skills.
