First point of contact for local colleagues for any Microsoft Dynamics 365 related issues
Support the definition, setup and support of company-wide business processes
Process modelling and optimization based on Microsoft Dynamics systems and modules, including possible third-party add-ons (e.g., SolidWorks PDM/BOM handling)
Create and manage business legal and functional reports, views and dashboard requirements
Provide pre- and post-Go-Live end-user support for people, processes and procedures
Manage business continuity: needs analysis, design, execution planning, implementation, and documentation
Create functional designs and support key-user organization to map and own individual processes, using Value Stream Mapping to eliminate inefficiencies
Maintain KAIZAN circle of continuous improvement in applicable business areas
Coordinate with functional departments regarding functional requirements, controls and reporting needs
Pro-actively approach Business Process Owners and work effectively with internal colleagues and external consultants/vendors to deliver projects/solutions timely
Ensure delivery of timely, accurate, meaningful and properly documented information
Be responsible in alignment with the overall Company’s IT budget
Report to the IT Manager Europe, work closely with IT team based in USA (Connecticut), and share responsibility with BPAs in Europe reporting to VP Technology in the USA
Requirements
3+ years working experience in Supply Chain with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (must have)
3+ years in-depth knowledge of (Field) Service Management (FSM), CRM and ERP business processes in a manufacturing/production environment
Proved track record and ability to translate user requirements into sustainable business processes and procedures
Long time working experience with detailed project and process realizations in finance
Fluent in English (company standard language); Romanian and/or German is a plus
International end-user support capability and professional experience
Experience working in fast-paced, growing, global companies and with mixed nationalities/cultures
Customer-oriented, pro-active, willing to take responsibility; positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude; high energy; strong interpersonal and communication skills
EU driving license holder (able to travel across Europe)
Able and willing to travel occasionally to any Envipco location for a few days (up to max. 2 weeks)
Able and willing to work outside traditional standard office hours due to teamwork integration with Europe and USA colleagues
Knowledge of and experience with Prince2, Agile/Scrum and Lean Six Sigma is a big plus
Able to commute to the Naugatuck, CT office M-F or commute at least 3 days per week
