About the role
- Support tickets from intake through to resolution
- Document steps, context, and outcomes
- Operate MDM: enrollment, profiles/policies, compliance, app deployment, lifecycle management
- Manage productivity tools: email/calendar, collaboration, file sharing, licensing
- Perform identity management: user lifecycle, groups, MFA support, triage
- Monitor office LAN and Wi‑Fi for faults and issues and perform basic troubleshooting and configuration changes
- Create and delete databases
- Lead escalations and problem management; maintain runbooks/knowledge base
- Comply with security/ISMS requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a helpdesk role
- Experience with directory services
- Familiar with managing MDM, productivity, and identity tools (including Conditional Access)
- Knowledge of firewalls, switches, LAN/Wi‑Fi, DHCP, DNS, WAN and VPN
- Ability to perform basic database administration tasks
- Clear and calm communication and high‑quality ticket updates
- Strong focus on documentation
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement
- Security awareness and adherence to the principle of least privilege
- Enjoyment of automation and integrations
