Define, set up, and run company-wide long-term cybersecurity awareness and training program.
Ensure excellent customer service: receive, process and execute orders accurately and timely; comply with company policies.
Consolidate short-term forecasts/orders and submit to Demand Chain planner; track forecasts and follow up for orders.
Coordinate with Finance on overdue accounts prior to dispatch planning; ensure FG inventory levels at warehouses.
Register and track complaints in CRM, send confirmations and 8D reports, and keep customers informed.
Ensure export documentation completeness and coordinate with CHA & Forwarder for bookings; track proofs of export.
Drive CSL implementation and onboard customers to Customer Portal; upload shipping documents to Citi Direct and resolve bank queries.
CSR in SAP SD: manage customer sales prices, process sales orders/debit-credit notes/returns, monitor order status and back orders, prepare order confirmations and dispatch details, initiate customer master workflows.
Requirements
Commerce graduate + Post graduation in Business Management with Sales/Mktg, International Trade.
Ability to work within multicultural and international environment.
Excellent Inter-personal & communication skills.
Good knowledge of ERP systems - SAP - SD module.
Plus 2 years of experience in Supply Chain function specializing in Customer service / Planning.
