About the role
- Own and manage the full expansion sales cycle—from identifying new growth opportunities within existing enterprise accounts to successfully closing upsell and cross-sell deals.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to analyze account health, usage patterns, and strategic objectives, leading to targeted expansion strategies.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key C-level and senior stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies.
- Act as a subject matter expert in identity verification, uncovering customer challenges and aligning Entrust’s solutions to evolving needs.
- Conduct impactful presentations (in-person and online) and lead all aspects of complex deal execution, including prioritization, financial assessment, structuring, and negotiation.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving expansion sales (upsell/cross-sell) within complex enterprise accounts in the SE-Asia / ANZ market.
- Solid experience in a quota-carrying software or technology role, consistently achieving and exceeding growth targets.
- Success in developing and managing complex account strategies and navigating large, sophisticated enterprise organizations.
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities and execute a disciplined, methodical sales approach.
- Excellent relationship-building, listening, presentation, and communication skills for engaging with senior and C-level executives.
- Goal-oriented team player with adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment, proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and web-based presentation tools.
