About the role
- About the Company: We are a fast-growing international group of businesses across digital marketing, premium B2C services, recruitment, and other high-growth industries. Role summary: Growth Marketer who thrives in multi-brand environments and leads cross-channel campaigns with focus on optimization, performance, and creative collaboration. Key responsibilities: Develop tailored paid media strategies; Manage budget allocation across platforms; Launch multi-funnel campaigns; End-to-end campaign execution; Continuously optimize campaigns; Suggest and implement A/B tests; Create performance reports; Set up tracking; Collaborate with design and content teams; Ensure optimized landing pages and CRM sequences; Work closely with marketing leads; Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns; Manage platform reps and troubleshoot ad accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or similar roles. Proven track record in campaign optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Strong ability to manage small and large budgets and deliver measurable performance improvements. Preferably experience working in startups or high-growth, fast-paced environments. Advanced proficiency in audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Looker (or similar). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects and stakeholders. English level: B2 minimum (Advanced communication required); Spanish is a plus.
